Official Rules 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 

1. How to Enter:

Create a free CitizenPowered.org account during the time period from June 7, 208 through the end of the July 7, 2008.  The last day to enter is July 7, 2008 at 11:59pm CDT.

2. Drawing: 

Winner will be selected from all eligible entries by a random drawing for the prize on July 8, 2008 at 5:00 pm. Winners will be contacted via email on July 17, 2008.  To obtain a copy of full rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Green Street Project, 450 N. Leavitt, Chicago, IL 60612 by July 8, 2008.  Judges’ decisions in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final.   

3. Prizes:

Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded: Grand Prize #1 – Silver Blackberry Pearl 8130 (approximate retail value: $389.99); Grand Prize #2 – PC5750 PC Card (approximate retail value: $219.99). Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash or credit redemptions will be made. 

4. Terms and Conditions:

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.  All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner.  Acceptance of prize shall constitute and signify winner’s agreement and consent that the sponsor may use the winner’s name, likeness and/or prize information without limitation for promotional purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.  Winner will be notified by phone call.  All claimed prizes will be awarded.  All entries become property of Green Street Project, and will not be returned or acknowledged.  Green Street Project is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, stolen, illegible, or postage due mail and/or entries.  Winner releases sponsor, its directors, employees, and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize.  Winner further acknowledges that such parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.  In case of unavailability of any prize, sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local laws apply.     

5. Eligibility:

Sweepstakes open only to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older, except employees of Green Street Project and Verizon Wireless, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, advertising agencies, promotional agencies, and the immediate families of each.  “Immediate families” include spouses, grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren, whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.  Non-eligibility or non-compliance with all applicable rules will result in disqualification.

6. Winner’s list:

For the name of the winner (available after July 1, 2008) send a self-addressed stamped envelope to CitizenPowered.org, care of Green Street Project, 450 N. Leavitt, Chicago, IL 60612.  Requests must be received by July 30, 2008.
